Ceremonies
Ceremonies can be held at our locations for a nominal fee. At Shadow Lake there's the option of a Lakeside ceremony, at Shadow Pines on the South Lawn surrounded by perennial garden and mature trees, and at Greystone overlooking our signature 18th green.

Rehearsal Dinners
Shadow Lake, Shadow Pines, and Greystone all offer private function space well suited to rehearsal dinners. Whether it be an intimate four course dinner at the Clark House or perhaps a casual lakeside barbecue at Shadow Lake, our professional team of service and culinary staff will send you off smiling and looking forward to your next big day.

Receptions & Dinner
All meals are prepared on premise by our certified chefs. Our Catering Manager or Club Manager will customize your wedding reception to include all the details from linen service to cake service. Prices for weddings include food and beverage charges and any special rental fees. Included in the prices of food and beverage are choice of linens, set up, tear down, china, glassware, silverware, guest book table, gift tables, banquet table and chairs. All other services should be contracted by outside vendors such as Photographers, Florists, and Entertainment.

Payment Information
DEPOSIT/CONTRACT: A deposit is due in two (2) weeks after the event is reserved. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT-TRANSFERABLE. A signed contract submitted by the catering department with terms and conditions agreement will accompany the deposit.

PRE-PAYMENT: An estimated breakdown of charges will be prepared by your catering manager. Fifty percent of the estimated balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event. The balance of all estimated charges will be due seven (7) days prior to the event by check or credit card. A credit card is required to cover all unforeseen charges over and above the estimated breakdown prior to your arrival.

Confirmation of Attendance
A guarantee of attendance is to be provided to the Catering Manager at least 72 hours prior to the function. If no guarantee is provided, the number on the banquet event order will be considered the final guarantee of attendance.
